2 pounds Country Style Boneless Beef Ribs cut into pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ Tbsp garlic powder
½ Tbsp onion powder
½ Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Pat the ribs dry and rub olive oil on them.
  • Add brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix well in a small bowl.
  • Rub this mixture onto the ribs using your hands until every inch is covered in the spice mix.
  • Place the ribs in a plastic zip-lock bag in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
